TCP (Thermoplastic composite pipes) technology allows you to specifically customize the technical parameters of TCP pipes to the end user's requirements.

CONSTRUCTION OF A FACTORY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TCP/RTP PIPES ON A TURNKEY BASIS

We will help create the production of flexible thermoplastic pipes RTP/TCP for oil fields from the development of technical solutions and supply of equipment to commissioning of the factory.

We supply equipment for the production of the following flexible oil field pipes:

• Thermoplastic composite pipe (TCP) 4.0 . . .137.9 MPa;

• Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) 4.0.. .10.3 MPa;

• Thermoplastic composite pipe with non - metallic gas barrier (TCP - DGB) 4.0.. .69.0 MPa

Liner and sheath materials: HDPE, PE - RT, PA - 12, PVDF, PEEK

Reinforcing system materials: unidirectional tapes (UD tape) reinforced with glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber.

Production volume is 400.. .2200 thousand meters per year.
